Not sure free man. Here is my post from yesterday. Make sure you read the document, particularly what our expert had to say about the property and his credentials. He sounds pretty believable imo.

Anyone who hasn't really gone into too much depth about Mosh's case and why it's so strong should read Doc# 32191522, Exhibit 12. It is listed on the courts website. Put the case # in the search box and look for the above referenced doc#. It's over 300 pages long. However, pay close attention to pages 210-239 which shows why this property is so valuable and how PXD's defense is BS. In particular, look at statement 26 in which our expert says he based his numbers pretty much on the information the defendants were confirming. He is certainly qualified to render an opinion, imo and the fact that the defendants pretty much verified this info really hurts their case.
