new house? counting on lemmings which are known to commit suicide jumping off of cliffs....??????
That's like saying to invest like this is a lottery ticket.
That's called bad investing by those who know how to invest successfully.
The odds are bad. It's like people who think they can always win in Vegas. Someone has to pay for all those lights and it sure isn't the casinos.....it's all the people who gamble and lose.
I like to invest when the risk is low and if it looks like a lottery ticket kind of play, I immediately count it as more likely to be a loser.
I listened to people talk about DCBR and a variety of other companies and say how it was going to be a new house, their retirement, their kids' college fund, or some other pipe dream.
They lost their money.
I know one guy in one that had a LOT more assets in a proven market where sales are guaranteed..yep....OIL.....
He lost around $350k....another lost over $1 million.
Another lost his lifestyle and his home and had to move in with his MOTHER-IN-LAW......and he was retired.....talk about a nightmare.....
The MM's and INSIDERS made big $$$ and could buy new houses.
Retail investors lost big. It's like whoever collects the $ for Lotto tickets, they ALWAYS make $$$. The ones who buy them?
well there's only room for so many winners.
the lemmings will put $$ in my pocket IF and WHEN it happens.
Plus it will be at their expense that I make gains.
In the meantime...
REALITY CHECK....
Consider who was all positive at $1.37.
It wasn't me.
Any who bought in there....OUCHIES.
I'm certainly not going to sit here and say HERE SNIPE, HERE LEMMINGS!
I will state:
This thing is still in a downward trend. That's fact.
Until that changes permanently, there's no pot of gold at the end of any rainbow, just harsh disappointment.
I'll be grateful for at least a nice flip.
It has to bottom out first.
That hasn't happened yet.

My opinion is just that, my opinion.
So make no investment decisions based on my opinion.
