Gamco: Registered shares, by themselves, have no rights and are non voting. Only after they have been issued do they have rights like any other shares. Therefore, of the 1,000,000 shares that were registered only 153,920 (1,000,000 - 846,080) that were actually issued, have voting rights.

Would termination of this plan change the proxy voting of these same shares in any way?
