I believe her comment was something like I'm sure your going to take this upstairs for appeal.

IMO this Judge had zero knowledge of the technology as well as the law. She could have simply read the ALJ's decision and agreed with that to get it out of her court but no, she instead imposed the injunction knowing her decision would be appealed and decided by another.

Her first 15 minute recess lasted 45 minutes and when I learned that I was hoping she may have read the ALJ's decision on the same issue.

Being clueless of the technology and not being able to decide as a matter of law all she did was drop the ball and try and pass it on to someone else who would be able to make the proper decision.

I can't believe how unlucky we have been with the Judges we have drawn over the years.
