mschere..so i guess i'm an 'imbecile' but in my life i've seen a few courts and asst Batbrains..LOL..lighten up?Do you REALLY think that my referring to the Honorable Judge Deborah Batt's as "batbrain" help's the shorts??

When a judge rules from the bench without even taking time to review prior law and being observed as confused about the case...i'd venture she had no professional right to make such a decision!!Loop,Ghors,Whiz have all commented as to her "incredulous" decision.. Sorry,IMO she is either batty, a batbrain or perhaps bought!

We HOPE she will be remanded!!
