Lets say for arguments sake that the 5 day VWAP was $0.10 (this is low-balling it). 110% of $0.10 is $0.11.
Therefore total stock owned by J&G = 17,000,000 shares
Total price paid by J&G = $500,000 + (7,000,000 * $0.11) = $1,270,000
Therefore, average price of the stock acquired by J&G = $1,270,000/17,000,000 = $0.075
