The boards, I have served on...
had "audit commitees". It was their job to make sure things were what they were supposed to be. Of course in a company like GlobeTel, where the main function is to hype shareholders and potential new investors, they may have not cared what was "really" going on in the company.
This is the ugly fact everyone is overlooking...

Centerlines "revenues" were non profit, trumped up, hyped, smoke and mirrors deceit anyway... even the legit ones! The whole point was to find anything they could put in the financials as revenue, whether it was profitable or not! It worked for a while... There were shareholders actually referring to Centerline as a "cash cow".
Centerline was used for deception from day one. The SEC is now determining if it was the usual GlobeTel, gray area, don't cross the line, get away with it deception...
or full blown illegal "FRAUD"!!! Like one of their officers has already been charged with.
Shall be interesting to see.
