Taxman first and foremost I am not a fan of PAVC or TCHH. I do not know if we will see the 10c per share but if they do have any intention of paying it in a timely manner but at the same time want to pay as little as possible, they need to see as much volume as possible in the market to be able to buy as much as they can below 10c per share to reduce the cost of the payout.

As you have said so yourself these PRs have little effect on the PPS but do infuse volume and thats what they need to be able to maximise their buying. Maybe they realise the dynamics at work here.

I still feel there is market manipulation going on here with the PPs - I also know the companies past is less than inspiring and many people have been burned, myself included. Lets hope something positive comes out of it.
