tax-man maybe the reason they are releasing these PRs is to try and increase volume in the stock so that TCHH can buy more in the open market. If I remember the rules correctly (I maybe wrong) TCHH can only purchase shares in the open market as a % of what has been traded in a given day - I am sure I have had that conversation on another stock that I was involved with.

If that is the case then the reason maybe to reduce the burden of the 10c payout by aquiring as much as they can of PAVC stock.

Just a guess as they have not filed an ownership form yet - which would mean they have not aquired over 5% (I think) of the PAVC O/S.
