Jeez man, 0 of course. You just don't get it, all that stuff was in the past and is no longer applicable to the current state of the company. Only the bright, shiny future is what is relevant now. Clearly mgmt was just a bunch of super nice guys that got taken for a ride, anyone could have made THOSE mistakes. Let's give them more money now, it will be right this time.
