Oh, ok. That sounded like a little too glowingly good of an indorsement. I still don't see how a drill spinning that fast is causing "cracks". Is your wife getting the going rate of $26 and hour? If not, she should ask for a raise.

I noticed my dentisit stopped using a "chairside" assistant a few years back. Besides the fact they don't really do much, they are hard to find and keep. And it's rare I ever see the same hygienist twice. I think some of them are temps. He's an excellent dentist though so I wouldn't switch.
