Just borrowing other's insight, it makes sense that the institutional, arranged buys at or above .0002 are done, and now a small sell off occurred this morning due to some weak knees, so the ask was dropped...an organic trading day.

That could mean a PR is coming since the plan is progressing...did someone say VERT was off the bid now? I lost my level 2 about an hour ago (I pay, and didn't pay this month.)
