The biggest problem is most of these companies should never be public. They took easy street. Most real companies work hard to make it a successful company and when they have grown to their limits they go public to raise capital to expand.

That isn't what is happening any more. Most of these companies are wanting free money to start their own business. Then getting into toxic financing then when the chit hits the fan they cry about it.
