A few tid bits since the larger picture may be lost on some..Hrct is having a shareholders meeting in Shanghai on the 19th..They will tally the proxy votes and probably add Stephen Tang to the board..They will also conclude Hrct's final business in the IT field by saying farewell to HuaQing and hello to the Vocational Education field..
A couple of unfinished deals on the table, one of which is Hartcourt Princely..Also the Zhengda situation will most likely be pursued once Hrct has officially entered the Ed field...imo...As it was stated a year ago at the shareholders meeting in San Francisco, the Chinese government must be convinced that an outside company will be 100% committed to education and not there just to reap the profits which are available..I believe that the government red tape has had a lot to do with the delays..and since Hrct is very near to the end of it's fiscal year, I am hopeful that Hrct's new year will bring much progress and productivity that was visibly lacking this year..I can understand Hrct's silence while waiting for the proper time to unveil their plans..Should something have gone wrong, they would have to retract yet again..and to artificially inflate the shareprice would have been an error that is all too common in the OTC venue...imo
I am still looking forward to Hrct making great strides in the vocational education field..They have punched the time clock and paid their dues..Now with the evolution apparently complete, I expect to see more positive developments and shareholder excitement occur..These are just my humble thoughts on the subject..Some times the conversation strays from the point here on the old Hrct board..With a proxy coming soon and a shareholders meeting to follow (I am happy they are doing it at low cost to the company and keeping it in China) there is more to focus on these days..Good luck to all..
