Hi Bruce, Got the updated drivers installed and disabled spy sweeper. I know some don't like it but it always finds stuff the others miss. I keep it off at startup and only on when I want to scan. We will see if any more freeze ups.

Also does it affect a computer if the box is not perfectly level? I have mine on a desk shelf that tilts a little. Everything else has been working great. Thanks
