As I said in my original post - I concede that the overall number is probably "conceptually correct" - e.g. does it really matter whether it is $26K or $52K in Feb?

As for IMS estimates of sales - This is part of what I meant when I said I don't understand how distribution works for a product like this. Are there some distributions that IMS can't easily monitor? E.g. any direct distributions to hospital as part of a large deal?
