I actually do believe that's what they are talking about. If you read the DEF 14 it'll show you. The companies that pay street name holders actually have some sort of language (it's almost always the same) that says that they will attempt to pay street name holders. CKSB doesn't have that language.

Not to gloat, but I consider myself a pretty good expert on these type of plays. You can check out my Arb board which focuses on this area.
