Based on the last two posts, now this is the stupidity on the part of John R. that I don't understand. If they have hired an outside firm (which is reputable and have worked for Exxon ) to carryout environmental permitting, then they should issue a PR in that respect. This would be a legit PR and would bring credibility to this play right away.
