This AAPU SOS NV filing link is a little different than the one I previously posted. It specifically states that AAPU dissolved on March 21, 2008. This also shows the previous share structure which includes what I believe are 100 mil in Chrico Group shares. IMO, The Chirico Group reversed merged into AAPU early Spring in 2007, hence, the reason The Chirico Group was shown on the May 9, 2007 PR as the IR contact. Then IMO AAPU merged shares with Accel early summer of 2007. Of course, this is all speculation on my part based on extensive dd for the past year or so.
