i'll second this.. 21M is not enough for dilution.. think about it.. It's only 4200 dollars @ 2. What is Carol going to do with $4200 extra when her company just closed a huge loan and should already have 20-30 million sitting in the bank. Maybe they're opening a petty cash fund so she can buy something besides food off the dollar menu at McDonalds at lunch time.
