An R/S does not change the PPS at all, it keeps the same value. If you have 1000 shares worth $1.00 each thats a total value of $1000.00. If it Reverse splits by 10 you get 100 shares worth $10.00 each with a total value of $1000.00 It's what happens after the R/S that changes the PPS. Most see it as bad and the PPS goes down from that point cause people sell off and dump, but the R/S in itself does not change the value, it's the negative perception that does that!.
