4. Will there be a Reverse Split?

I said when we began this merger there would be no Reverse Split at that time and I also said the officers of Market 99 would meet in 2008 to determine what was best for the company’s future in regards to a Reverse Split. I have not ever said there will be a Reverse Split and when it has been brought up I have leaned to the side of not doing a Reverse Split. Well, I recently received an email from a gentleman and he asked a few questions that I thought had some validity to them, so I posed back to him a question that many investors had been emailing to me. The question I had been receiving was “what were my thoughts on a RS?” I decided to pose this question to this gentleman and even stated that it was a question from other shareholders and I just wanted to know what HIS Personal thoughts were. He ended up showing the email to several other investors, which is totally fine and his perogative, but the other investors took my email in the ABSOLUTE wrong way and got upset. I was trying to get a feel for what the shareholders wanted and he only made unnecessary trouble out of it.

The short answer to this question is, at this point in time I don’t see any reason why I would be in favor of a RS. I have no plans for a Reverse Split. Please don’t listen to people who say there is talk of a Reverse Split because, that is a complete fabrication.
