Lets not forget about Samsung. They have even more incentive to settle. They got their BS appeal of a binding arbitration coming up and they also don't have the injunction on April 11th like NOK does. We know the staff report got filed today. While I still think its too tough to determine who it favored as long as we got the staff to side with IDCC on one of the patents that is all we need. I just can't imagine SAM going before the ITC in April. We also have the 2G award as a huge chip in the settlement process. The next 3 weeks will be very intersting and I am expecting good things.
