I agree it should have been done by now..... but when dealing with a amount like this there will be complications....

o wait, thats right, your TOWN was the complication, holding things up, desprately trying to hault the deal....

As one email stated, we need to get past the town first, then the financing will finish easy.... (paraphrasing)

we JUST finished the last date with the town a few weeks back (2).......... now we are signing papers on the financing.....
