Brungy :) I've read about the issue a lot. That "new" piece doesn't add a lot more than the previous pieces, save for establishing Tamarack Energy as 3rd in line. The "6 years" is a "could take" and is open-ended as to the "scope" of the project.
We'll agree to disagree on what is causing the delay as any real statement is speculation at best.
New Hampshire will have to move forward to implement its own mandates regardless.
In the mean time, Laidlaw can continue to move the company forward according to its model/plan, which includes projects outside of Berlin.
