I highly doubt that this problem will be solved by 2009. Maybe 2015? Please read the article in the attached link below. This is a major hurdle, despite what HowardHaftel or MBBLLEG tell you. And, I suspect, is the reason Bartosek is having so much trouble finalizing any major financing deal.
