HCPC the perfect answer to the subprime mess, insuring both borrower and lender from defualt....

we have a great product and not only that, but HCPC's BCLOC loan type is the way banking will be done in th efuture now. If not, then the borrower and lender and at risk, relying on traditional loan structures.

The NYTimes should headline it

"BCLOC LOAN, THE FUTURE OF BORROWING"
