No, I have to strongly disagree. Releasing news at this point won't have the affect your thinking it will IMO. With HDSN having NO respect for the stock or its investors, the buying pressure brought on by news will simply be absorbed just like its been the past two attempted breakout runs.
So why waste it? IMO its best to sit on the news and let CUSIP change take place and have the desired affect. Then, once the covering begins, then you release news to fuel the explosive momentum that's been building up much like the storm surge that blew apart the New Orleans Levies during the Hurricane.
Watch and wait, see the momentum build, then watch for the trigger to get tripped. Its coming IMO, just a little longer, or possibly today.
Either way, its gonna get very very interesting and exciting.
