Hi Tom: Welcome back from the big city.

Glad you reminded me of Dave's Quadrants. I had forgotten about them. Do you have a reference post @ SI about this? Or do you have the write up handy? I think it would give some of the 'newbies' here some perspective on what we were discussing back then.

That has to be at least 3 years ago!

BTW (and OT): Did you happen to go to 'Ground Zero'? Last time I was in NYC was in '97. I can remember standing at the base of the WTC towers marveling at the immensity of that complex. To imagine them crashing down (even having seen it on TV) with the perspective that memory gives me sends a shiver down the backbone.
