OT: Getting info and interpreting that info are two different things...

Hartcourt's CPA's....Don't care what OC (or anyone else for that matter) writes or interprets on these boards... doubt Weinberg even knows that this board exists...

The information is fun to discuss and get opinions...but interested shareholders would do much better to have the accounting (and all)related information interpreted by someone they trust and talk with HRCT about concerns or questions... then "buying" interpretations from message board posters...If you don't like the answer you get from the company...then don't invest... and move on

Very little of the interpretations of financials are correct on message boards... and 10Q or 10K statements and related text are just one tool of the total picture concerning financial matters much less operations or management of the company... this is only more significant concerning small OTC companies in development.

Depending on message board posters (including mine)to do DD and interpretations on your investments is a scenario for failure.. IMO Especially those who have not met management, visited operations, or take the time to call the company with questions... into consideration of thier DD plan

What's more... if one wanted to devour Dell or Cisco's financials...(and take shots at PR's) with misconceptions, negative spins and opinions represented as facts (as well as positive spins)... someone with basic knowledge could make a case that Dell is a bad company and investment with a little practice... (no..I am not comparing Dell and Hrct)

This is especially true in this environment... where investors are easily swayed to questioning thier investment and fear is the order of the day.... year over year numbers are not favorable...and companies are having to write down assets for valuation and downgraded production from divisions...

HRCT is a risk investment, with high risk, high potential... Do the work... while the market is bad.....

Successful investors make money by buying stocks when no one else wants them...and being patient for the environment, fundimentals, and bull markets to return...

OK… I feel better...I'll get off my soap box and return to lurking now... LOL
