This is an old post, but the info was interesting to me. I doubt that the percentages of who owns what has changed much.

I've been searching for insider ownership stats on HCPC and the other entities (MRLE, FIFG, RELM, etc.). Since the family controls all of them, there aren't going to be a lot of checks and balances. But, on the bright side, there won't be a lot hurdles to a "make sense deal" between the entities either.

I think wherever "the family as a whole" stands to make the most profit in stock appreciation, that's where we should put our money too. To me, HCPC stands to be the biggest % gainer. JMO.
