Cash, I'm a believer. I remember seing that the GSR was being sold at foreclosure prices.Imagine a billion dollar piece of real estate purchased for 400 mill. I love instant equity in a real estate deal.

Also, the GSR is a center piece in Reno. No way this thing is getting anything but better. I plan to ride hcpc up with this.
