Who is Ranger?

He's someone who launches personal attacks against anyone who questions HYVR. That's interesting. It's tough to get a conversation going about HYVR, since they are so reluctant to release any information. But what we can try to do is figure out why people look at the evidence and reach drastically different conclusions.
