PHONE CONVERSATION WITH DR. PHAN:
I just called Hartcourt to leave a message for Mr. Ohri, our CFO. I was surprised that Dr. Phan picked up the phone. I asked what a heart-surgery patient is doing working on Saturday? Is he crazy? He said that he was trying to complete a few things before his trip back to China next week. He is 80% recovery now, and he promised he would stop working at 12 pm to go to the gym.
Asking about Hartcourt financials, he said Manu Ohri is over China and Hong Kong to finalize the numbers; and we should have some indication when Manu gets back on March 1st. He said there should be no surprise: everything is going well.
Asking about the operations, he said Dr. Ching is working on a few initiatives and the results should reflect his capabilities and connections in the next few months. He is optimistic and positive about Dr. Ching’s performance.
Asking about the PR program to support the market price, he said Hartcourt will start a new firm in March. However, he is frustrated with all PR firms Hartcourt has hired, as to their ineffectiveness yet expensive price tag. He asked if Hartcourt shareholders could recommend some firm to let Hartcourt try out.
He is especially concerned about the European shareholders. He plans to schedule a trip to Germany with Dr. Ching end of March. Dr. Ching just hired another PR firm in Hong Kong. Asian investors would be targeted, especially for ETLK and new Sinobull (GTCI).
Over all, he is frustrated with the share price, giving Hartcourt’s strong financials and great operations; but he think Dr. Ching will be able to handle this problem before too long.
Have a good weekend, guys and gals.
