Unless some agreement was reached today with IDCC, you can bet your last dollar that Sammy filed its appeal today. They would not have risked it regardless of the fact that they asked for a stay.

There is a 50/50 probability that Sammy will not file that Appeal brief since they filed the motion to stay. After all what frivolous non sense are they going to put in the Appeal Brief. Are the going to to the Appeals court that Judge Sullivan in his well thought out enforcement decision told them to tell their story walking.

But we shall see tomorow. As I recall Nokia settled up their 2G bill before they had to step into that appeals court.
