I will give it my best shot.

It was mentioned that Steve was removed from the company because of the way things were being handled (no specifics were given). The word hinderance was mentioned in regards to
Steve. He was very open and I think was biting his tongue when speaking to me as I felt he wanted to say more, but couldn't. But he told me that he completely understood how we feel, as shareholders and that a new PR would be released regarding the intentions of the new CEO and NUBV. I felt after talking to him that this would be done soon.

He also wanted my contact info and email address and stated upfront he would keep me updated on NUBV. He also stated that he is one of NUBV's attorney's as well and he knew a bit about what is going on. I told him that the 2 latest PR's are killing us and that is when he mentioned a PR would be released to tell everyone what will be done. I told him I am a large shareholder and that many of the shareholders are trying to hold on but wont unless we see something postive released regarding the changes recently. He stated that he understood and said it will be done.

He seemed compassionate and positive and very willing to talk to me. Maybe I should have pushed for more, but I was kind of caught off guard after he answered the phone and was willing to speak a bit about what was going on. I did email him as requested and asked a few more questions in the email. If I get a reply or a call back from Luke I will update everyone.

I did feel at ease after talking to him. I also got the impression that there is more to the story about things not getting handled properly at NUBV in AZ while Steve was there but he didn't want to blacklist or state anything that could come back to bit him in the ass. IMO, of course

I can understand Ted's responses as well as the Marc's responses. But I don't think we know the extent of what REALLY happened here. There maybe more than we are being told by Ted and that is why the company was taken over, IMO. He did not mention Ron's name at all.

Last but not least, he was very positive about the future of the company and said there are some big things coming soon. Not sure what, but during the entire conversation he was very upbeat and very sincere with his statements and did reassure me several times that things are going as previously planned and that production will continue.
