Effective Control Transport Inc. (fka EFFC)

I was looking at ECT website and it ocurred to me that almost all of it is currently irrelevant.

Virtually all of their product line is hardware based, FOLO Fleet, FOLO Data, FOLO Truck, FOLO Remote, FOLO Trailer and FOLO Phone, they are all hardware based, and most of them start with the following sentence:

"The FOLO System™ solution is based on real time GPS positioning. With this functionality, our solution guarantees you will be able to locate your vehicle at any time, in any place."

Even the FOLO CRAM states:

"The FOLO CRAM™ does not affect the driver’s normal performance, since it requires no special connection or wiring, and is easy to install. In no time it will be up and ready to signal the driver his vigilance state. Moreover, this application is easily integrated and dovetailed with your current information processing systems and existing software"

Which clearly makes it a Hardware solution and evern states that it can integrate with your own software.

So i guess my question is...does anyone know what EFFC does anymore? I certainly couldn't figure it out from the website.
