!!!! THERE ARE ABOUT 86 MIL RESTRICTED SHARES which do not trade in the open market , Which means the float is The total shares minus these 86Mil restricted.This is NOT 5% to 15%from the O/S. And no shares where ever traded from the erroneous 144 filing for the hearing impaired since HRCT NEVER LIFTED the restriction off of them. I guess the PR wasn't clear enough.
