I would not say this is going that far yet, but it could definitely be a multibagger. You have to consider the technology and the sector that CCTc is in too. I don't exactly like the idea of such a big R/S, because it cuts down on liquidity doesn't it? Nevertheless, I'm in EEVT, and I might bulk up some more before it really takes off.
