I already went through this. Look at CCTC. Exact same scenario. They RS so they can get an extremely low float of 175 that they can control and manipulate upwards. That increases the value of their restricted shares in the OS. They also forward split at times to increase liquidity.

CCTC last fall went from about 3 cents to where it hit $75 this past January. Guess what their float and OS was after the reverse split? 175 K and 20 M OS. :) An $8000 investment in the fall would have gotten you a million In January.
