the float did not go up ,the shares were restricted as far as i know ,and if the acqusition could be cancelled ,and not finalized yet ,then how could they give unrestricted shares to argo,and the point for argo taking shares was not .30 cents or 2 cnts ,but a lot higher based on contracts and future business ,this is why argo wanted to be acquired ,now EFFC is not buying argos bs
