Today the low was $40.23 and it ended $40.49 (I think). There was a modest amount of bad news re its patent claims on the GSM line. The English Court rejected Q's claims. This has nothing to do with its main action in Delaware. If I wanted to gamble a bit I'd put in a buy for 39 for the next 30 days. If it hits it at any point in any day you are back in. You might watch the news closely and if some bad news comes in lower the price. You can always change an order that has not been executed. If you hear good news, you can raise your offer.
