Could you please clarify your position on Spam?

I am somewhat puzzled by your apparent contradictory statements on the issue.
For Example:

In the first you claim to be a purveyor of canned meat products and seem to pat yourself on the back for circumventing efforts to stop you from spewing said canned meat products.
In the second (and in several other messages) you appear to be vehemently opposed to the distribution of canned meat products as practiced by other competing purveyors of canned meat products.

Please state for the record your real stand on this issue. Unless of course your stand is that it is OK for you but not anyone else.
