That is a good question. Not sure about the contracts with ARGO (VW is one in particular)
We do have our own contracts before we had any agreement with Argo. So since the Argo deal is finished with EFFC, that does not mean the end to EFFC!

Effective Control Trucking LLC. Announced 3 New Contracts
The contracts are with Cardinal International, Transport F Gilbert (www.groupegilbert.com) and another Quebec-based company. These contracts have a combined value of approximately $1.5 million over three years. All three contracts were successful transitions from LOI and Demonstration system to full contract installations. At our current installation rate we are seeing about 80 percent gross margins.
Effective Control Trucking LLC Announces 7 New Contracts
The contract’s are worth $900,000 for the installation and $24,000 per month for 3 years for the monitoring fees. All seven clients are installing the Folo Truck, Folo Trailer and the FOLO CRAM system.

The contracts are valued in excess of $16 million. The contracts are with a Canada-based motor freight company. We will be installing 1700 truck systems and 3000 trailer systems.
