well how many 1995 room 27 story hotels do you know of. on the RELM site it says they are looking to buy a hotel with 1995 rooms and is 27 stories tall. also ifyou look at the bottom of the post it says they did a BOND rather than traditional financing. not sure if that is in anyway related to the bcloc but the 1995 rooms and 27 stories cannot be that common. :)
