Many places in NYC are the same way. Looks like a dump from the street, but palatial when you walk in the front door. Where do you get all your information from Richie. I am amazed at times. Some of you guys sound like you know these people. Best thing I ever found was that Sir Alliance was one of the richest people in the world, and that wasn't any big deal.
