It depends, it can be worded a number of ways. Sometimes it has to be at bid, sometimes at the ask, sometimes it can only be a percentage of so many shares based on the previous 3 days average pps. It varies, there is no set standard to go by.

"Sort of" is such a harmless thing to say. "Sort of". It's just a filler. "Sort of" - It doesn't really mean anything. But after certain things, "sort of" means everything. Like after "I love you" or "You're going to live" or "It's a boy".
