There's still the USPTO review. I'm optimistic about that, but with the new legal proceedings (Acer/Asus/et al), it's just more weight. And I'll believe Schwartz is out of shares when I see it. Being up today gives me some hope.

FWIW, I'm not really that frustrated. I've long since averaged down to a comfortable core and trade around it. My last buy was at $0.36 and those shares are sitting in the money.

I figure I spend enough time watching for the core, I might as well make something for my time.
