I'm just as frustrated as you. Buy, this is the first time we are headed to news (10-Q) where we have a chance Swartz will not have any shares to sell into our good news. He'll either be out of shares or down to a core position managable enough for him to hold.

Additionally, we have the successful Markman, settlement of the ongoing J legal case, possibility of a M/A announcement, huge amount of $$$$$$$$$$$$ money in the bank, etc.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I feel/see our version of "The Perfect Storm" about to blow us out of the OTC:BB into the NASDAQ, and our PPS to a point that will allow many early retirement or for those like me, a retirement with much less worry about whether or not we'll out live our money!
