Possibly? Plans were in place BEFORE 911 to invade Iraq and all this admin needed was an excuse...I continue to be amazed it's o.k. with EVEN one American.
Don't forget 57 US Senators voted against The Decider's plan to invade Iraq - 57 out of 100 US Senators knew The Decider did not have enough "evidence" to prove his claim. One US Senator who voted WITH The Decider now seems to regret it and has tried many times to explain why she voted with The Decider.
